We will send you a google form to provide us with the information
you want put on your custom webpage: group name, goals, graphics,
video, business advertisements, etc.
Before your campaign starts, ask your members to compile a list of
people they believe will support your program in person and online.
When you are ready to launch your campaign, take 10 minutes at your
next meeting, and have your members text or email the link to your
personal custom website to their list of possible supporters. Have at
least three sessions during your campaign for members to
send out texts to their supporters.
You have launched your fundraiser!
You will have 24/7 access to your report of credit and debit card
donations made to your group. We suggest you print out your report
and post it for your members to see who has supported them. This
report can be used to encourage friendly competition to increase
participation.
During the campaign, take two 10-minute sessions and have your
members text those who have not yet made a donation. Your
fundraising rep will provide suggested texts for your members. You
and your members can change the texts as you see fit.
After the campaign ends, deposit donations received in cash
and check.
Print final report for your members and ask them to send thank
you texts to your supporters.
Make copies of the sponsor collection forms for your sales rep.
You will receive an invoice and report with totals for the cash,
checks and online payments received. If you used a prize program,
the distributor will send you the prizes.
