What is our custom web page?

Your web page will have your group name, graphics, photos, and a video you provide. We suggest the video explains why you are raising money and what is special about your group. Your web page provides a quick and  easy way for your supporters to donate using a credit/debit card. Your fundraising distributor will collect the

information you want on the site from you and send it to us.

What information do you require for the custom web page?

We require your group name (such as Lincoln H.S. Band), city and state, group goals, and purpose of

raising funds. Images and videos are optional. Up to five images and one video.

How long can the video be?

We recommend keeping the video around 1-2 minutes. People have short attention spans and a concise

video that stays on point is more compelling. Would not recommend anything longer than 2 minutes.

What should our video include?

Your video should have members of your group, (coaches, instructors, teachers, …) explain what makes your group special. Include your goals and how reaching those goals makes your group even better. Add emotion to compel the supporters to donate. If you are raising money for new equipment, show the old equipment

that needs replaced. We recommend showing the worst piece of equipment you have.

What if we cannot make a video or do not know how?

We can exclude a video from your website, and your fundraiser will still be effective. Ask around. You will be

surprised how many people associated with your group would find it fun to make a video for you.

How much text can we add to our website?

Text characters should be kept to 400 or less. If we think you have too much text, we will edit or delete excess

text to keep the website’s page clean and concise.

How do I find our custom webpage?

When we finish making your webpage, we will email you a link to view the page. If you do not receive the link, be sure to contact us before your RexRaise campaign starts. You may also contact your fundraising distributor

for the web page link.  

What if I want a change made to our group’s custom webpage?

We will make changes to your personal webpage up to three days before the start date of your RexRaise campaign. Any request made after the three-day window, may not be fulfilled or delay the launch of your

webpage. Request changes by contacting us at support@rexraise.com 

What are our profits?

Your fundraising distributor will work hard to provide you the highest profit margins available in

fundraising. We think you will be excited and surprised to find out how much you can make.  

How do I sign up for RexRaise?

Fill out the form on the sign-up page with your info, and we will assign you a distributor to run a RexRaise

campaign. The fundraising distributor will contact you. 

Do I need to register and login in to RexRaise?

RexRaise does not require any logins or registration. We make it simple for everyone. The only login you will

have is with www.paythankyou.com to track your payments. 

Do our supporters need to register or login to make a donation?

No. We do not require any registrations allowing quicker donations for supporters,so they can make a

payment and go.  

How can our supporters donate?

The custom web page provides an easy way for supporters to donate using a credit/debit card. All you need to do is have your members share your web page link to potential supporters. You may also collect donations the conventional way of cash and checks. The fundraising distributor will provide the collection forms.

How often should our members send texts or emails?

We recommend having your members send texts or emails to any potential supporters. Have your members put together a list of numbers and emails from their friends and family in advance. Set up at least three 10-minute sessions at the beginning of your group/team meeting/practice, and have your members send out texts and emails to those supporters. RexRaise will not ask for those numbers or emails, as we care

for the privacy of others.

Can I see my donations and who has donated?

Yes, you will be able to see all credit/debit card donations. The report will show the members supported and the supporters who made the payments. You will receive a login to www.paythankyou.com when your

distributor sets up your T- Raiser campaign.  

Can our members see who has donated?

You members cannot login to the system to see the reports. Your custom web page tells your supporters to contact your members after they make a donation. We suggest you print out your group report from www.paythankyou.com. You will receive an email with login information from PayThankYou when your fundraising distributor sets up your account. When logged in, you can print your group report (PDF is best format for this), and you can post it for you group members to see. This can encourage

friendly competition for members to try to collect more donations than others.

Does your system thank our supporters who donated?

Yes, we send an email thanking them for supporting your group. Your members should always send a personal

thank you. 

Can our local businesses advertise on our custom webpage?

Yes! Talking with local businesses builds community involvement. If you want to generate more profit, you can ask businesses if they would like to put an advertisement on your page. If you have local businesses that currently sponsor you, and you want to thank them without a fee, we will put their business name on your

webpage free of charge. The free listing would be the name of the business only and in a font of our choosing.

The sponsor businesses may each have one advert on the page. The ad must be image format. Size for the ad must be 432pixels x 192pixels (4.5inx2inch). They can put whatever they want into the image: logo,

company name, motto, phrases, etc. We will also link the image to their website. 

How many business listings can we have?

You can have up to 10 business listings.

How much profit can we make on a business advertisement?

You can set the price you want to charge your businesses. The fundraising distributor you are working

with will let you know your cost.
